For a three-bottle or sample set, enter one scent in each scent box. For the 2 × 100ml set, complete Scent 1 and Scent 2. For the 4 × 50ml set, enter your first two scents in Scent 1 and Scent 2, then enter your third and fourth scents together in the final box, separated by a comma.
